Susan specializes in partnering with organizations to develop performance interventions and learning solutions customized to meet their business needs.  She is actively involved in all projects and meets personally with every client. 

Susan has a B.S. in Business Management from Henderson State University.  She is also a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), awarded by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).

Susan is an active member of Tampa Bay International Society for Performance Improvement and currently serves as Director of Communications for the chaper.  She is also an active member of the International Society for Performance Improvement and American Society for Training and Development national organizations.
